With so many classes to choose from every week you'll never get bored, but you will get fit, toned and feeling good. From hard core classes like Boot Camp and Spinning to zenning out in a Yoga class or having fun with the littles at Ducklings swim classes or Twinkle Tots music sessions, we have something for all ages and fitness levels.

NEW FOR 2017! All members have free access to our Slimming Club - a weekly support group to help you learn about nutrition and take control of your daily diet with advice and weight loss techniques. Run by highly qualified nutritional therapists and health & exercise professionals, we'll use advanced weighing & measuring techniques to help you track your progress and reach your weight and health goals.

We have over 30 fitness classes a week for you to choose from - all included in our full membership - even our brand new Slimming Club! A great way to get fit and have fun. Plenty to choose from including yoga, aqua aerobics, kettlebells, spinning, bootcamp, circuit training and more!

Busy schedule? For a quick fix we have Express Spinning and daily Virtual Spinning that can be taken at a time to suit you.
